Friday, October 16th, is World Spine Day (WSD), and communities around the world will celebrate with the theme “Spine Health for Life”. The world’s largest public health campaign dedicated to spinal health, WSD brings together health professionals, educators, policymakers, civil society, and communities internationally to highlight the
growing burden of spine-related conditions and the essential role spinal health plays in overall wellbeing.
Since 2008, the World Federation of Chiropractic has been coordinating World Spine Day in collaboration with a variety of intra-professional organizations around the world. Celebrated on every continent, WSD promotes physical activity, good posture, responsible lifting, and healthy working conditions.
