Christopher Butler, DCSecretaryThe Secretary helps keep the Association organized. They work with the Executive Director to maintain records, keep meeting minutes, manage committee information, and ensure official notices are sent out when needed. | Steven Kern, DCExecutive DelegateThe Executive Delegate helps coordinate the work of the Association’s committees and At-Large Delegates. |
Kathryn Brungard, DCDirector of ElectionsThe Director of Elections manages the nominations process and oversees election procedures. They also form a Ballot Counting Committee to ensure fair and accurate election results. | Larry Lazzara, JDParliamentarianThe President may appoint a Parliamentarian to advise the Board. This person does not vote but is knowledgeable about meeting rules, the Association’s bylaws, and other key policies. Their role is to help ensure meetings run smoothly and follow proper procedures. |
