Chiropractic Future's Reimbursement Workgroup has created a Prior Authorization Communication Toolkit to help providers clearly and confidently explain how prior authorization policies are harming patients, delaying recovery, and interfering with timely, effective care. The Toolkit is designed to help practitioners prepare for conversations, dispel common myths, and empower others to advocate for meaningful change. Chiropractic Future has generously made the Toolkit available to every chiropractor.

Provider teams including chiropractors and other clinicians trained in non-pharmacologic or integrative pain care outperforms both cognitive behavioral therapy and usual care. A landmark clinical trial has found that an interdisciplinary Whole Health Team approach significantly reduces how much chronic pain interferes with daily life and functioning, outperforming both cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and usual care.
